2006 year-end online contests
a quiet christmas and year-end tis not meant to be, what with these competition deadlines looming:
:: Show Us Your UNKL Photo Contest [via] ::
- what to do: take and send a picture of your fav UNKL-toy doing whatever you want.
- prize: a 12" UNKL HazMaPo toy
- email leah@unklbrand.com (one picture per email pls)
- deadline 31st Dec 2006 (@ 11.59pm)
- status: doable :)
:: Design Submission for Mephist Fiesta characters [via/via] ::
- what to do: design either one or all three of the main characters, on/from a template.
- prize: selected designs will be made/produced.
- email jacky@playimaginative.com
- deadline extended til 31st Dec 2006
- status: my knowledge of graphic-apps beyond photoshop is non-existent and will definitely hamper my ability to communicate across accurate designs ~ KIV
:: Mephist Festa Fiesta Holiday Competition with VinylAbuse [via] ::
- what to do: depict the Mephist Fiesta characters enjoying the festive period, either in drawing, photoshop, whatever you can think of.
- prize: a new FULL set of Mephist Festa vinyl from Play Imaginative.
- email VA or post entries in this forum thread
- deadline 30th Dec 2006.
- status: have an idea but will take quite a bit of effort ~ KIV

- what to do: design a character based on the PPBear template (email to ask for template)
- prize: none. have your image made into a 3-D paper figure for a group show.
- deadline: 31st Dec 2006
- status: refer issue stated two contests above ... *hhhmmm*
(all these including a coupla other projects for PixelMunky and Sjors - i havent forgotten dude! :p) - so get crackin', everyone! with less than a week to go; give it your last burst, all! (cracks whip @ myself too) *heh* :p
