ya know, im still trying to figure out what's the design-deal with this Toy Tokyo-exclusive NYCC HOMER - is that a twinkie in his hands? what is he actually wearing? what's with the quasi-hair-piece? - these are the questions that plague my saturday afternoon (my face bewildered as the box-art's LOL) meanwhile this 3-incher is available for pre-order here for US$10, or you could pick him up @ Booth#858 during NYCC.

Its a suit to wear in the nuclear plant, and thats a plutonium rod, i believe.
He's in his little radiation suit, with a rod of uranuim, or something.
