Artist Mark Nagata collects Ultraman. He collects loads of them. and has a website solely dedicated to his collection at http://www.ultramantoys.com - with collections ranging from 1960's to 2000. "Most of my artist and design friends collect toys. For me it's recapturing a bit of my childhood, but I also enjoying the design and imagination that went into creating them … I have the biggest collection of Ultraman toys , outside of japan, so I created a website just for that collection." ~mentions Mark Nagata [via]
As well, Mark also runs his own toy-producing company at www.maxtoyco.com and designs his own characters and toys. A collector and a creator is a really potent combo.
