and so apparently ANDOX started out first as a plushie-figure that Andy Lau had designed (for use initially as a spokesperson for his blog) and then brought around with him wherever he went, be it to snap pics with fellow celeb-buddies and/or touristy-places (lurve the spirit tho!)

and thanks to a "Cho Yee", go peek the origins of ANDOX here [images via] and view more TTF-event pics here :)
ORIGINAL PRE-TTF POST:
i need folks down @ TTF to confirm this for me (hope someone there reads my blog tho LOL) but apparantly Andy Lau (刘德华 - famed HK singer) has gotten into the urban vinyl-toys biznez, with his first figure dubbed: ANDOX - debuting at the TTF with a 300pcs production run @ $900 Yuan per / USD$27 (size undetermined)

i first heard about this figure a few weeks back but have been unable to find an image, until today's newspaper report (unfortunately i can only share this grubby pic with y'all -sorry! :p) - the name "ANDOX" apparently derives from "ANDY" and "OX" - his name and chinese horoscope (and perhaps he works non-stop like an "ox" as well LOL) ... wish i had more info about this ox-horned bobble-head-ish figure (and better pix LOL), but im sure someone present at the TTF can make that happen :)
