a dolbee x atp update
the first edition 5"-er tall DOLBEE (designed by MAD*L / tagged) was released for the Portishead curated All Tomorrow's Parties festival, which took place at Minehead, UK (Dec 7-9, 2007) of which 365-pcs (with each one numbered with a day of the year) @ £25-per were made available to the public exclusively @ ATP (further online locales to be determined) ... here are some images of the event [more via MAD's blog] = and darnnit i want me some Dolbee-lurve!
(previously teased via a ad banner) Kathie Olivias will be designing the Dolbee (limited to 366-pcs) for the next event, which will take place in Camber Sands, UK (May 9-11th, 2008) and will be curated by Pitchfork Media ... while Michael Motorcycle will be designing the Dolbee (limited to 366-pcs) for the event after which will take place in Minehead, UK (May 16-18th , 2008) and will be curated by Austin band Explosions In the Sky. both Kathie and Michael will also be holding an exhibition at the respective events = can't wait to see what their designs are!
