the post-title refers to the teaser-trailer of the Frank Miller-helmed feature film adaptation of Will Eisner's The Spirit comicbook - which made it's debut during NYCC - also peep this MTV-teaser that has Frank Miller and Eva Mendes being interviewed at end ... and about the "thirteen-incher"? ... well, ya just haveta CLICK HERE to find out ... heh


The DC Deluxe 13-incher tall SPIRIT Action Figure (you cheeky netizen, you) last featured here - now seen "live" at NYCC and Figures.com has pics, showing an additional "spanner" (???) and the manhole cover which seems not his feet-base (as i had imagined it to me anyways LOL) ... too bad the mask is unremovable tho ... the figure is priced at US$99.99 - with a December 17, 2008 release-date ... maybe they'll also consider doing the rest of the characters? like Eva Mendes as "Sand Saref"? [via/via] hhhmmm...
