DISNEY x 3 MIX x KENNYSWORK @ Gallery de Vie [www] sees the debut of a set of 6 nostalgia-themed Mickey Mouse figures: ROSE MICKEY (with rose motif on ear), STAR MICKEY (mono-chromatic colorway with star-motifs on ears), XUE DAO MICKEY ("Xue Dao" translates to "Blood Paths", referenced in traditional Chinese medicine), the twin Gold & Silver-set TIME-IN MICKEY, and a straight-up collabo with Kennywork's Copperhead-18 in COPPERHEAD MICKEY!

Priced at HK$390 (US$50) per design - 2 styles of Mickey will be sold on each week alternatively, with the exhibition lasting for only 3 weeks (from October 29th til November 19th, 2008). Also made available is a limited edition Gallery de Vie TEE Box set - which features a Metallic-Green Mickey figure - priced at HK$800 (US$103 / quantity undetermined / 100-units?)
PRESS RELEASE: 3-Mix is famous with their high quality of Disney characters production. To pursuit a breakthrough, 3-Mix try to mix different forms and materials to interpret these popular Disney characters. In fact, the character, like all major Disney characters, is protected as a trademark from unauthorized use and is under strict use in design. However, 3-Mix like no others, had built a mutual trust and confidence to each other, thus makes 3-Mix can present you something really different.
With the honor of kennyswork’s participation, he debuted at Mickey Mouse character creation and made a set of 6-styled nostalgic Mickey which includes: Rose Mickey, copperhead Mickey, Time in Mickey (gold and silver), Xue dao Mickey, star Mickey and a special Tee box set of Gallery De vie.
If you want to see these six well-received and praised by Walt Disney Company Mickeys, you should come to our exhibition. By the time, kennyswork will also glitz the show by presenting us a 42” giant drawing. Gallery De vie also invited Paperfunland to design the stage and message tree for this event. In the opening day, you will find some funny American style Mickey deserts to suit your taste.
The Exhibition lasts only for 3 weeks. Two styles of Mickey will be sold on each week alternatively. Each Mickey costs HK$390 whereas the Tee box set of Gallery De vie costs HK$800.
