The holy grail of the ever popular MINDstyle Scavenger Mini Figure Series by Kathie Olivas is here. The red and blue Hazel mini figures have been sighted and finally there's an official statement after a lot of speculation. With the original black Hazel mini figure from Series 1 having set the tone on eBay, prices have sky-rocketed to USD $200 to USD $300 on the secondary market; for what was once purchased at a suggested retail price of just USD $11.99 for the mini figure. Already hard to find and a must have by every completist, the mini Hazel figures have taken a life of their own.

What turned out to be very exciting for fans and collectors is the latest silver Hazel mini figure! The artist version is being sold exclusively through www.circusposterus.com.
In what will be most valuable collectible figure and prized possession in series -- the RED Hazel is being given to family and friends by the company to celebrate Chinese New Year and not for sale (NFS). Now based in Asia, MINDstyle is also making the red Hazel also available to Art Toys Society (ATS) members with renewals and as a gift to any new ATS members. Plus, to everyone's surprise and delight, an allotment of red Hazel figures were randomly and secretly packaged with Vinyl Pulse's release of the 9" first day release (FDR) Hazel that will be shipping shortly. The blue Hazel mini figures are randomly packed in the Asia and European versions of the 9" Hazel vinyl figures. So if you're lucky enough to get one of the Asia or European exclusives, you may even be luckier if your box includes the blue Hazel mini figure that were randomly packed.
The ASIA version is now available at select retailers. Here's the best chance of getting the figure without having to pay secondary prices.
