PRESS: Inspired by the popular ‘Munny’, Munnyworld will give Kidrobot fans the chance to view and purchase one-of-a-kind art pieces created by over 60 artists from around the globe; including New York’s very own “Godfather of Graffiti” SEEN; Spanish fashion designer Agatha Ruiz de la Prada; Los Angeles painter and designer Buff Monster; British sneaker artist/painter Dave White; Tokyo creative design group Devilrobots; San Francisco-based contemporary artist and illustrator Huck Gee; French urban street artist Koralie; South African designer and illustrator KRONK; and Japanese toy character designer TOUMA.
PRESS-CONTINUED: Prior to this event Kidrobot hosted a “create your own MUNNY” contest, where 5 lucky winners were chosen from hundreds of submissions to have their Munny creation displayed at the event in addition to the 60 specially commissioned artist pieces (see below for images of the winning submissions; two of which are from the New York Tri-State area.)
Kidrobot will also be introducing four new Munny pieces to the Kidrobot family- Trikky, Bub, Raffy and Rooz, which will be available for those attending to purchase onsite -almost one week before the Global launch on November 19th.
