Event: Medicom Toy Exhibition 2010 @ Parco Factory (June 19-28)
The annual MEDICOM TOY EXHIBITION is known to showcase existing and preview upcoming toys from Japanese toy-makers Medicom Toy, and is highly anticipated by industry and collectors alike [CLICK to view coverage of 2009's show]. This year's Medicom Toy Exhibition'10 is scheduled to begin June 19th and exhibits thru June 28th, 2010 @ Parco Factory in Shibuya.
The event also comes along with a selection of exclusive toy offerings, with this year's show featuring blister-carded Star Wars KUBRICKS (a staple for past few years), a variety of BE@RBRICKS in differing sizes, and VCD / Vinyl Collectible Dolls. 70cm tall and is priced at ￥29,400 per (US$321). Limited to 500 pcs (Domestic).
EAMES CHOGOKIN 200% BE@RBRICK (June 19-release) stands 14.5cm tall and is priced at ￥8,190 (US$89). Limited to 700 pcs (Domestic). Die-cast body featuring embossed markings at back of body, and weighs 400grams.
KARIMOKU CHESS WOOD 400% BE@RBRICK stands 28cm tall
and is priced at ￥73,500 (US$803) featuring an all-wood figure.
