the I Love Hawaii series from Re-ment (Japan) is a quaint little selection and i picked it up on a whim ... here are my humble thoughts:
my two (pre-opened but taped) blind-box assortment picks yielded #9 and #5.
set#9: tis a nice selection of miniature table-top items, with the exception of the hard-vinyl-cushion. everything else fits quite perfectly into 1/6th. the details were pretty good too, even down to the design-prints on the shot-glasses! *L0L* ... too bad the photo-frame cannot be "opened" to slot in any pics :p
no pictures for set#5, but i haveta say, the bikini-set is "hard"-plastic and does not fold. the snorkeling-set (goggles+breathing apparatus) is actually 1/6th-scaled, so i am happy still. the flippers barely fit bearbrick's feets, so i am not that happy overall.
overall, this is what i term a "mixed-scaled" collection of items (meaning mix of 1/6th and other scales) and for me, as a 1/6th-scaled-collector, is something i would only consider picking-up again, only if i knew what was inside the box. ~ *happy hunting!*
