inspired by LittleMiss and Mr.Men-books of yore, Eric Lerner's Mr CityMen series of short films of mixed live action + 3D graphics = animated goodness is a sheer delight to view+behold. at times (decievingly) innocently carefree, at times poignant and endearing, at times thought provoking and emotive beyond it's measure of animation and craft. and it really helps to have good design-sense :)
