"In the streets of Paris in 2054 a story is being shaped; sweeping like a dark cloud it affects everyone and everything it touches. With the stage set and startling events now in motion, it's up to the deviantART community to capture these and surrounding scenes as they unfold in the world of Renaissance. Follow the characters as their story develops, or show the changing world from another perspective, another story from deep within the Parisian underground. Miramax has charged you with this task, and you will be rewarded."
there are three separate parts to the Renaissance - Live Forever: Remix Contest:

01. Movie Poster = Using the still images supplied by Miramax from the film, directly or as inspiration, create a promotional poster for the film.
02. Short Story = Use the Renaissance setting as the backdrop for your own story. Develop the characters found in the film or create your own. Spin-off from the storyline or add to it. (max length - 2000 words)
03. Comic Strip = Using the still images Miramax have supplied from the film, directly or as inspiration, create your own digital comic strip that tells a story using the Renaissance style, backdrops and theme.
