this unpainted prototype of Bird Head Skeleton Pirate posted on VinylPulse is exceptional in both it's sculpt (by Monster5 / interviewed) and it's visual macabre humour, IMHO :)
produced by Span of Sunset X Disney, in conjunction with the 40th anniversary of the Pirates Of The Carribean-attraction (the "Disney-ride", not the movie ;p), look for a mid-May drop (wholesale inquiries to email wholesale@spanofsunset.com
and if the final painted version is anything like the decaying crusty-barnacles of the upcoming movie's crew member designs by Aaron McBride and Crash McCreery [via] - then it'll be hardcore-cool, IMHO ...
