the good thing about working from home (or so t'was what i'd always imagined eons ago) was that you'd be able to cut-down on the hassle of travel-time. /// READ MORE HERE

the bad thing about working from home, is that i'd wake up and hit the floor running ... i'll be online even before i brush my teeth and/or wash my face (ie: traditional daily morning wake-up rituals) ... sometimes doing so only an hour or two later, crusty-eyes and all - after emails et al ... and fifteen minutes or so later, im back online ... and suddenly today, i miss that "troublesome" traveling time from before, becoz essentially, that's the only downtime you'll get (but you'll haveta remain chill tho LOL) before the start of "work" - irregardless whether tis calm before the oncoming storm (at the very least, there is a "calm" LOL)

... and by day's end, the traveltime back home is a journey of unwinding after a long day's grind, and you reach your destination (home) for a comforting shower and a warm meal (as ritualistic as it may still be) ... working from home, journeys between the room-to-kitchen / room-to-bathroom = are lightning quick ... and the only decent "stops" are only for meals or tv-breaks, and of coz, sleep (which is one of the totally positive upsides, becoz you can sleep anytime you want at home, unlike @ work! ... especially after a heavy lunch, mind ... *yawn*)

but then tis all so exciting and whatnot, innit? *heh*
