i've been pretty specific in my movie hype/coverage on this blog, with a mixed bag of results so far, from severe disappointment with
Spiderman 3 (so much so i still can't bring myself to mention it here again), to a surprisingly entertaining ride that was
Fantastic Four 2 (my apologies to the filmmakers for my past insults and innuendos) and of a decent-ish
Ghost Rider (tho not a masterpiece), to the majesty of bloodsplatters in
300, and of totally missing
Pirates of The Caribbean 3 (looks like tis gonna be dvd then) and a slight unrequited feeling about
Grindhouse (who's currently showing in Singapore, but only Deathproof ... Planet Terror will be shown seperately in August) and i am so looking forward to
Harry Potter .... (
Iron Man and
Dark Knight is for 2008). but what had not disappointed me at all was
TRANSFORMERS =
it TOTALLY + ABSOLUTELY RAWKED! = it both exceeded my expectations and surprised me silly! ... just wanted to get this out there, and will ramble on about it after i've gained some semblance of composure ... as well as maybe a second viewing (at a Digital Cinema) ... go watch. i
