...im a constant victim of my own curiosity (not sponging for sympathy, just a recognition of the facts jack) - witness the Kidrobot Room in Toronto-club; CiRCA. ever since the mention of it in my previous post, i've been dredging the www for images of the space (somebody's gotta take opening night pics, innit?) - more so to satisfy my innate affliction for interior design (i studied it, for a while i lived it, and at one time i thought i'd be doing it til the day i drew my last breath) and so my (im)patience is rewarded with a coupla locales having intense pic-coverage: [all images via] KR Circa Opening and Sket One's MySpace blog [via] - with additional sneak-peeks via Paul Budnitz's (KR-founder and KR-Room-designer) blog + Chad'sp/s: sorry not much "party-pics" here (click on above links for those) this isn't that type of blog-post, yeh? it's just about the space, folks! *LOL*

so im only assuming from the different Dunny-designs that this is a generated light-
show projected unto the table? (i was expecting Munny-shaped tables instead tho :p

admittedly looking pedestrian, as all club-interios do during the day, IMHO (in actual fact, they all all horrid LOL) and looking like any KR-store (which i've only had the opp to view online tho) - but i reckon in the end, tis less about interior design (or even space manipulation), but specifically about "branding" (or even brand-recognition), and evolving beyond just toys and apparel, where eventually the Kidrobot-brand becomes a "lifestyle-brand", an impending pop-culture-icon of the new millennium ... and ya know when branding takes a jump off the deeper end when they start branding liquids, innit? *heh*PREPARE FOR THE LIFESTYLE KULT OF KR!

4: there were other "Branded Rooms" in the bar By Sky Vodka and other s. Great way to get rent/sponsorship by the bar. Kinda like selling ad space at a football game.......the is always money to be made i guess!
