The Vivisect Playset is a multi-artist mini-figure series from StrangeCo that's based on an annual art show hosted by Gallery 1988 and curated by LA-based artist Luke Chueh:

The Vivisect Playset thematically focuses on the dissection and reconstruction of animals to demonstrate human emotion, and the series features designs by 7 (regular participating) artists: Anthony Ausgang, Luke Chueh, Thomas Han, Peter Gronquist, Joe Ledbetter, Greg Simkins, Amanda Visell - including a special collaborative design by Joe Ledbetter and Greg Simkins, last premiered @ SDCC'07.

The Vivisect Playset is a mini figure series, standing btwn 3 to 4 inches tall and come blind-boxed, with a January 26th 2008 release date.

The Vivisect Playset IV show is a group exhibition featuring an ever-growing roster of talented painters ruminating on animals and human emotion. featuring works from Chueh, Anthony Ausgang, Peter Gronquist, Joe Ledbetter, Isaac Pierro Greg Simkins, Amanda Visell, Angry Woebots, Peek-a-Boo and Alex Pardee - the show will also feature "Chu-Kins", a special collaborative sketch event featuring Luke Chueh and Greg Simkins [read more details here]
