touma's squeezel by play imaginative

Play Imaginative previews yet another new form for 2008, continuing their Touma-designed line with the previously previewed Little Trickers mini-figure series with SQUEEZEL - a 9-incher tall critter with a possibly dangerous tail, no doubt to snatch (and squeeze) your food (or toys) with LOL - tis interesting and exciting to see PI adapting Touma's dynamic-forms into vinyl, and in this instance tis a form designed specifically for this series (as im told) = looking good thus far, IMHO

Jacky (from PI) mentions that SQUEEZEL's genesis actually begun during the PI@Galleria Foyer exhibition (circa July 2007) - when discussions about coming up with another figure after Touma's Grabbit, led to him whipping out his drawing equipment and wah-lah! Squeezel was born!

like Grabbit, Squeezel's shoes are removable and it's tail is articulated. Squeezel is slated for a June-drop, with a small quantity made available for sale @ PI during STCC, Taipei ToyFair and an upcoming PI Exhibition @ LA. limited to 500-pcs, Squeezel will only come in this original colorway shown (with no other colorways planned as yet). the SRP will be lower than Grabbit (ref: US$90) as it does not come with the art print, certificate, nor will it be numbered ~ *stay tuned for further developments* ~ meanwhile, CLICK HERE FOR MORE SQUEEZEL-PIX
