storm rider clash of the evils: the animated movie
in researching for the Storm Riders 2 live-action film [blogged] i'd come across an animated-sequel to the movie by Asia Animation - dubbed Storm Rider: Clash of the Evils (é¢Øé²ę±ŗ) - directed by Dante Lam ("The Twins Effect") - which i swore i'd posted about before, but can't seem to find ... anyhoo... production details on the website states that tis currently in post-production, with a 1st-quarter 2008-release of a 110-mins film with original story by Wing-Shing Ma (creator of Fen Yun) featuring both 2D (Cell) and 3D animation (peep the trailer) with production by Puzzle Animation Studio Ltd / Shanghai Media Group ... and just so happens, is partners with McToys - who makes 1/6th Power Team Elite action figures! ... so at the very least, perhaps a 1/6th toy-adaptation? speculation on my end, of coz :p ... meanwhile as we await the status of film - peep more trailer/animations HERE :)
