the character of "Sgt Frank Notaro" can be found via http://www.gothampolice.com/news.htm where he received a Gotham Medal of Commendation - where he saved the lives of innocent bystanders from being killed by a crazed gunman shooting passers-by " in an alley downtown off of Jackson and Columbus at around 2 AM."

- and is also involved in a pre-recorded interview here - which incriminates Harvey Dent.

...i'm convinced somehow that the Gotham Map could help with the geography and/or
orientation of where the pictures were taken - but am not sure how tho ... gggrrrr
