dark knight updates: hot toys, website overhaul and gotham knight

after the announcement of Hot Toy's 1/6th-scaled Dark Knight and Joker action figures earlier in the week, Batman has since been spotted in HongKong - not for filming, but on display (CTMA-Building shopfront perhaps?) - and ShiGuangYu from OSW has pics including a close-up of Yulli's scultping work on Christian Bale's likeness, with painting (direction) by J.C. Hong:

while the official website @ thedarkknight.warnerbros.com/ gets a flash-web overhaul [via] complete with synopsis and download sections (with images we've seen before - no leaks unfortunately) via an irritating flash-menu which my Mac Safari choked-on (but be patient, wittle Bat-grasshoppers...)


Gary Oldman aka Commissioner Jim Gordon lets slip some spoiler-rish nuggets in his interview with Wizard - about who he faces in the finale, and the character inspired by the Sex Pistols' Johnny Rotten and "Coco The Clown on crack" ... meanwhile peep the straight-to-DVD animated GOTHAM KNIGHT trailer embedded below (HD version embedded below - hence slow download) as well as the official website @ warnervideo.com/batmangothamknight/ - and man, I could use me some DK-pick-me-up, especially in Anime - heh.
