yoka sc edition: charity event by adfunture for red cross society of china (sichuan earthquake relief)
In a collaborative effort curated by adFunture - eights labels from around the globe came together to issue this special edition of YOKA vinyl gure to help rise money for the victims of the recent tragedy in China [via] The Sichuan Earthquake [wiki] which shook the country on May 12th and whose effect has lingered til this day across the world. Very apt that this Panda-bear would hopefully provide relief and a ray of "Hope" to the survivors and everyone involved in the rescue/relief work, IMHO.

The 10-inch tall vinyl figure will be put up for sale on June 12th, 2008 @ US$100 each - with only only 100 pieces made available. All sales will be donated to Red Cross Society of China. *More details soon*
