about kenn munk's sentinel monolith for legoland

Every summer for the last three years Designer Kenn Munk placed invasive Lego sculptures in the Legoland park. This year's sculpture is a "2001" style SENTINEL Monolith to alert a higher being when Lego civilisation reaches a new step in evolution.

Kenn adds: "The miniature city in Legoland form a perfect copy of our cities, with the exception of graffiti, it does not exist in the Lego universe, so three years ago I decided to tag the last untagged city in the world. The objects are always just placed there or clicked on to existing parts, no glue is used, no alterations to existing buildings is made, no vandalism in other words." - find out more here and peep more pics via Kenn's flickr.
