phu! 2009-project update: p77 equipment loadout

PHU! updates his V.2 P-77 [TAGGED] with an equipment load-put of Banner Pole (for eventual banner/flag) and a camping ground(sheet). Looks like this "infantry-bot" is in it for the long-haul, yeh?
