tomorrow kings sets sold out & abomb bot teased
If you were one of the folks who pre-ordered the TOMORROW KING [tagged] from Bambalandstore.com before the 75 sets were sold out within 9 minutes of it's online release today - then tis a pity you may miss out on owning the first 1/6th-scaled figure from Ashley Wood's POPBOT world (box below-left), and perhaps the opportunity to be in the running for the 10#s of Blanc De Plume fgures - available via randomly inserted drawings [WHAT]. A pity, IMHO.
But here's a headsup for y'all, with the proto-reveal of a new 1/6-figure from 3A Toys - codenamed "ABOMB BOT"! As Ashley mentions on 3A-forum: "Here is the latest proto, this guy will be kinda unique, not like any bot you have seen yet...from me.. He is part of the Blanc de Plume, Deep Powder, Black Snow storyline." - and I can't help but suspect this be a headsculpt with a neck-base suited for a 1/6th-scaled action figure? (rounded-base of neck resembles a BBI attachment tho, as blurry as it looks :p) - I'm thinking bomb/mine-sweeper myself tho ... heh ... *Stay Tuned*
