Winson Classic Creations is set to launch their arctic-themed creations at the coming Taipei Toy Festival (July 9-12), with the POLARLA Mini Figures and a polar-bear Money Bank. FYI: The Polarla-characters were first seen on TRE circa 2008, in the guise of stationary, as well as wallpaper-characters (or at least the polar bear) advocating environmental awareness.
