TOYSREVIL: Introduce yourself to TRE-readers, Andy! :p

ANDY WOO: My name is Wookie but sometimes people (like my wife) called me Andy. I happen to be the only one working for a crazy company called Crazy Label. ;-)

TOYSREVIL: How many times have you attended TTF so far, Andy? (Including this year)

ANDY WOO: This is my 5th year being at TTF, although my first year was like a crazy little kid cruising around. 2006 was actually my first year being an exhibitor.

TOYSREVIL: How was the experience this year, compared to last year? Or previous years?

ANDY WOO: Overall I would say it was a great experience to everyone involved - we have a bigger venue and we got many new exhibitors from around the world.

TOYSREVIL: Did you yourself enjoy the event?

ANDY WOO: Yeah sure I enjoyed the event. TTF is not just about toys but an annual gathering event for artists, producers and toy collectors around the world. Many of them have became my friends which we meet every year. :-)

TOYSREVIL: How was the response to the new toys?

ANDY WOO: Undeniably the current economic downturn has put us into a very difficult position but it still can't stop us from doing what we love - making toys. And we are lucky, many people are sharing our passion and they love our new 8" Treeson with Bubblefuns and the new 3" Treeson and Other Stories blindbox series. The feedback to the new blindbox series are spectacular! It puts a smile on everyone who saw the toys.

TOYSREVIL: Did you yourself score any good buys/toys?

ANDY WOO: Darth Vader Mimobot, Friends with You blindbox, Lou Lou and Tummie plush toy.

TOYSREVIL: Anything interesting that caught your eye? That made you want to own or try to own the toy/figure/s?

ANDY WOO: That must be the Copperhead Squadt, too bad it is not for sale yet!

TOYSREVIL: What was your personal impression of the event? A Success or Failure? Why?

ANDY WOO: Overall it is a success, apart from the issue of air-con malfunction in the day one, but no one is perfect so it is a minor issue to me.

TOYSRVIL: What was your most memorable happening/incident/item of TTF 2009?

ANDY WOO: Treeson fans opened her blindbox and got their favorite figures. You know the fun of blindbox packaging.

TOYSREVIL: How about 2010? Looking forward to going / exhibiting again?

ANDY WOO: Why not?

TOYSREVIL: What's next for Crazy Label? SDCC? STGCC?

ANDY WOO: DKE will be representing us in the SDCC and the new 3" Treeson and Other Stories Blindbox Series will make a debut there. While we just back from TTF but yes we are preparing for the STGCC now. Expect to see you in person there!

TOYSREVIL: Thanks for your time and trouble, Andy! Hope to meet you soon hrere in Singapore for STGCC!

ANDY WOO: You're welcome Andy and I can't wait to taste the durian cake! LOL
