MC Supersize Japan by Ron English x Secret Base @ Taipei Toy Festival 2009
Pop-culture subversity meets Japanese underground kaiju-toy sensibilities with a upcoming new series of figures featuring Ron English's MC SUPERSIZE getting the kaiju-clear vinyl treatment courtesy of revered Japanese toy-makers Secret Base - on display at the recent Taipei Toy Festival (July 9-12). The true kicker for this series, is the skeleton insert that comes with (or rather "inside of") the toy! Vinyl Pulse reports a San Diego Comic-Con date, for a Summer 2009 release.
