TRE: What's the Story of Beat Up Boxer?
BRIAN: He's a boxer who fight all of his life and got nothing in the end. So he wonder around the world of nothingness with his ol' hat and gloves. Still wondering and searching what is really he's trying to achieve in life.
TRE: Describe the character of the Beat Up Boxer.
BRIAN: The boxer is a lonely ex-champion. Love to have companies but no one is really get what he wants, so nobody could stand to hang out with him too long. No close friends. Just the promoter and his arch enemy 'redblood'.
TRE: What is the Beat Up Boxer made of? Where will he be made available?
BRIAN: Decorative Resin.

BRIAN: Will have some limited prints available. (Giveaways in random time) and a monotone colorway of the boxer.

TRE: Describe yourself as an artist, what you do, and what's your your style.
BRIAN: I'm a graphic artist for living. Designing books, magazine and all that involved graphics. Websites and all. And for the real fun I paint, draw, spray something and making toys! Loving it. My style...mmm...Love freehand illustration so much. Got to the vector and bored with it...haha. So manual illustration still rocks. No particular style that I mastered at.
TRE: What inspires you?
BRIAN: Everything, mostly life. My own experience in life. The struggle in life, how we struggle to live our life happily. That's my main inspiration I think. (coz in life, there's everything right. The love, the music, the stress, the fun, the sad and the list go on)
TRE: Who are your (design) "Heroes"?
BRIAN: My favorite artist should be Ron English, he's making some incredible and different ones. Loving it. Others...so many!! But for some consistent looks of the toys, I would say Michael Lau is one of them. And respect to Mark (coarsetoy) who brings the QC to the next level LOL.
TRE: What will you be doing at STGCC? What do you plan to do in addition?
BRIAN: Will release the launch of the 'Boxer' and do some doodling on blank mini canvas (that people can buy at our booth). Every artist will do this though. Other things that I will do. Meet some great artists!! Haha. Making friends!!
TRE: What's next for you? As both an artist and a creator? More art? More toys?
BRIAN: Will have the 'Boxer' series finished by the end of the year (Hope so haha). And making some paintings. Must be more arts and must be more toys!!
