tokidoki x Marvel Apparels Unleashes February 25th
tokidoki has teamed up with Marvel Comics to present a series of apparels featuring tokidoki-fied comicbook characters that will hit the streets this coming February 25th [via]. CLICK THRU to have a peep at what to expect to find in stores (Soho & Melrose in the US) and online retailers. Would it be too much to see them made as 3-dimensional figures? At the very least key-chain charms, if not figurines? Would YOU want to own them in the first place?
(I'll take Thor and The Human Torch as toys! hahaha)

ReplyDeleteI'm likeing the Marvel meets Tokidoki character prints (loving the spidey and basterdino one! ) but Tokidoki's take on Marvels characters don't feel like anything new (what with SHS etc. )
however, LOVE Caps Tokidoki sheild and that cap is on my wish list :oP
Wow Tokidoki's style really doesn't translate well into Marvel characters. When the characters are done in Tokidoki style, they don't look strong enough to be the only images on a t-shirt. It'll probably work once they're all collaged together like the inside of the hoodie. But on their own, they really look like a 7 year old girl took her best shot at drawing the Marvel Universe.
