TOYSREVIL: Could you please tell us about this set of characters? Who's doing what? (Besides looking all cool under the smiley big-top :p)

RICHARD KUOCH: The set is called "The wee panda circus" and is made up of Monkey trapeze twins, a lion, a tiger, some bears on a ball, and a panda ringmaster (I also wanted to do a skunk bearded lady, and a strongman, but those ideas were cut :P)

TOYSREVIL: What was the inspiration for this wood-carved circus Richard?

RICHARD KUOCH: My inspiration for this set is wooden playing blocks you had when you were a kid. When I saw the jibibuts form, I knew doing a 'kids playset' would suit them well. The jibibuts aren't fixed to the stage, so you can stack them as high as you like :D

TOYSREVIL: Sweetness! So when are your troupe going to make it's way to Singapore (more specifically, in my collection)? ~ Wishful thinking on my part, of course ~ In closing, do share with us, Who Is PodgyPanda?

RICHARD KUOCH: "Podgypanda is Richard Kuoch, an artist and illustrator based in New Zealand. Using his background in animation and graphic design, he creates characters and illustrations that show his "fun and unique take on life through art"
