Bare Project by Am I Collective

With the earlier feature about Lauren Beukes's "Zoo City Art Toy Charity" event, I had discovered the BARE vinyl figure from Cape Town-based Am I Collective. Since 2009, the 40 cm tall DIY figure has seen it's fair share of customization and artwork from quite a selection of folks, all completed for online auctions, with proceeds benefiting child welfare ~ which you can CLICK THRU to view a slideshow presentation of, or you can log unto The Bare Artist Page @ http://bare.amicollective.com.
