What Do You Consider To Be Art Toys?

A lil video I made from found-footage, circa 2005 (shot way before for a project opening sequence) which asked: "What Do You Consider To Be Art?" ~ a pertinent question then (in reference to a weekly television program focused on the "Arts" I was involved in), as much as it is right now. Have the lines blurred when it comes to description, or even classification of the term "art toy"? Or is it just a consumeristic label we choose to adhere to instead?

Remember not too many years ago, the term "urban vinyl" near described every other toy on the shop-shelves, regardless if they were even street / urban-related in design. Does "art" now mean more of the indie-spirit of conception and even production, than visual aesthetics? Or does "art" mean there is no clear definition with regards to the description of the object/character/figure in question?
