The 1-Day only show @ Pasadena Convention Center (10am-5pm) features over 100 paintings of vintage Star Wars action figures from the collection of Dov Kelemer & Sarah Jo Marks of DKE Toys.

The allure of vintage SW-toys, which tugs at collector's collective memories of earlier toy-happy days, along with the charming "lowbrow"art aesthetics of Bwana's by-now ionic visual style, is potent indeed, IMHO :)
