Seen@STGCC 2010: Joe Ledbetter's Zodiac Series by Play Imaginative

A surprising display at the recent Singapore Toy Games and Comic Convention 2010 (STGCC / Tagged) was Joe Ledbetter's new ZODIAC Series with Play Imaginative. Distinctive JL-designs feature the 12 x animal characters from the Chinese Almanac, each depicting a year of birth (for sure I'll be scoring a Rooster lol). No doubt developed from the success of last year's (ABS-made) Slander Snake, all but 4 of the final twelve were on show, alongside sample coasters and lunch-box peripherals.
Viibing Kidrobot's "Finders Keepers" release from a while back, in terms of diversity - this series is slated for an early 2011-release. It was not determined if they will be blind-boxed or individually packed though. Nice touch for the Eastern market tho!
