Pre-Launch of Goji The Dino by The Yellow Dino @ Jakarta 7th Toys & Comics Fair 2011
A "pre-launch" by The Yellow Dino's GOJI THE DINO at Plastic Culture's display booth on Sunday at the Jakarta 7th Toys & Comics Fair was decidedly clever (Kudos to all involved in the concept), with image shown here of the "Goji" housed in a "wooden" grained box (the text on it is actually engraved!), and what was inside the box itself for fans to see? A DINOSAUR EGG!
This was a pretty fun way to engage the fans via a tangible "story" notion, IMHO. The egg with the eyes were such a tease! The "event" was preceded with a showing of the Goji Promo Video made by GodOfToy (reposted below / previously posted here / Event details via). Do look out for Goji The Dino to launch this March 26th at Lou Belle Shop in Bandung, Indonesia, featuring resin-works by My Tummy Toys. Also look for for a little TOYSREVIL-surprise in the goodie bag for the first 50 folks at the launch :)
