Rilla Alexander: Her Idea - Launched @ Character Walk for Pictoplasma Berlin 2011

EVENT-TEXT: Member of Australian illustration and design collective Rinzen, Rilla Alexander recently launched her all-ages picture book ‘Her Idea’ with an exhibition at Colette in Paris. She now brings her alter-ego Sozi and her trail of ideas to Berlin, with an exhibition of screen prints, wooden and woollen toys, resin figures and a life-sized sculpture of Sozi herself. On April 7-9, you will have the unique chance to listen to Rilla read her book, at 19h15.


Here are some select images of what went on at the event launch in Pictoplasma @ BOLD (Torstr. 68) with subsequent book reading on April 7th to 9th @ 7.15PM and on April 10th @ 4:30PM. Looks to be a fun and lovely time to be had :)
