Custom-Feature: What Came Before Will Come Again by JRYU x Brent Nolasco (for Ghost In the Machine)
Above is the sole image of the Ghost Girl-custom collabo on display at the Ghost In the Machine group-custom exhibition launched May 13th at myplasticheart - courtesy of Robert Lumino of Sub -Urban Vinyl - who mentioned: "The J-Ryu X Nolasco project was and is worth a write up of it's own! Pictures have a hard time describing this." - And I could not agree more.
Made with epoxy, polymer clay, resin, craft porcelain and painted with acrylics - this piece of art is titled; "What Came Before Will Come Again", and is a collaboration between the sculpting intensity of J*RYU, and the eye-gourging paintwork of Brent Nolasco.
The custom has since been listed as "Sold", and you can view mondo-more studio-photographed images of this piece via Facebook. I wish there were indulgent video-coverage of this piece, because this is indeed one work that still imagery as seen on the computer screen does not seem to do it justice, IMHO.
SOLD...to me, and my lady. After which we had the best meal ever (ápizz NYC) and then we got engaged. I dare you to have a better day than I did.
ReplyDeleteWow. Congrats to you and your lady then "eatyourchildren" - I may not have had an exceptional day that you have described, but I survived Stroke since last October, so hopefully that might mean something> Well, at least it does for me :)
