And the next Kidrobot Black figure is fully unveiled to be Doze Green's THE GODDESS - standing 20 inches tall (to the top of her impressive horns) and sporting matte and gloss finishing on this vinyl figure. Limited to 200 pieces worldwide at a SRP of US$500 orderable here: http://black.kidrobot.com - this piece encompasses more "art" than most toys claim to be, although with such a happenstance comes a resistance to it's design and form - and truth be told, it is indeed an acquired taste for most.
I like that online-chatter is predominantly negative about the figure (on Twitter anyways) but hell, tis the ones who keep quiet that will score themselves a piece of vinyl that frankly you would not even imagine could be made and released in the first place, IMHO. But of course, that is my personal opinion, and folks have a choice to like or dislike it. I reckon this'll be a piece that wouldn't be busting up KR-online like Huck Gee's recent release did, innit? Heh.
