A Bathing Kong by Martin Hsu / Super iam8bit Show
Artist Martin Hsu shares with us his piece for the upcoming iam8bit show - with the above posted titled: “A Bathing Kong” (18″ X 18″ / cel vinyl on wood).
"Here’s my contribution to this year’s iam8bit art extravaganza combining my love for Donkey Kong and one of my favorite Japanese streetwear brands A Bathing Ape (BAPE). Just thought these 2 ingenious icons should collaborate at some point!" ~adds Martin.
The "show" in question is the upcoming 6th showing of the "SUPER iam8bit Show" - with an opening night scheduled on August 11th (7pm to 11pm) @ the recently renovated iam8bit headquarters in Echo Park (2147 W.
