MATT CIPOLETTI: Friday night Big Kev and I had the opportunity to check out the Spliedt solo show and Suburban Vinyl in Hawthorne NJ. What a great show. Spliedt has a great style and once you see his work you could easily pick it out of a line up of other work. His paintings portray a stylized world of twisted rabbits, beautiful deer, and disgusting yet beautiful fly’s and plant’s. Top that off with awesome customized toys and you have a great body of work.
