Official Trailer for 'Battleship' (Boardgame turned Movie)

This trailer for "Battleship" debut last weak-ish and features battles n the sea with the U.S.-Navy and spacecrafts. What is it about Alien Invasions and the United States? It would be fun do do a screening marathon of invasion pics featuring this, Battle: LA (which I haven't yet watched) and Battlefield Earth … no wait… (I think I'll just take the first two ;p).

And since this is a "Hasbro"-movie, expect to see loads of battleship and alien-craft toys to come (a whole lot of mech made it's display debut at the recent Licensing Expo in Las Vegas, but nothing relevant to this blog, hence I'm not gonna post any lol).

WHAT-IS: Battleship is an upcoming 2012 science fiction naval war film based on the Hasbro game of the same name[2]. The film is being directed by Peter Berg and will be released by Universal Pictures. Starring in the film are Taylor Kitsch, Alexander Skarsgård, Brooklyn Decker, Rihanna and Liam Neeson.
