Well, check out the DVD-covers above - for the filmlet is currently orderable via Amazon Japan here (￥ 3,243)! And there's also a package too that also includes the Lady Maxx figurine along with the DVD (￥ 8,190 / which was available earlier in the year from Wonder Festival)!

"The Lady Maxx DVD starts with a filmed segment with Lady Maxx , Tenta Queen and other characters .. at one point they even play with mini Captain Maxx and Lady Maxx while saying that Max Toys make these .. pretty funny actually .. and by the way all the costumes are made by PicoPico who also acts in it too ... this segways to some LIVE action wrestling events they have, too.
