Buddy's Den @ Toy Tokyo Underground Gallery (May 11)

Peter Kato is co-curating a small group artshow launching May 11th at the Toy Tokyo Underground Gallery, and shares with us details and images.

"My friend, artist (& former Toy Tokyo co-worker) Brigett Rhee had a vision to do a groupshow & when Toy Tokyo approached her with her chance she then came to me wanting my assistance to putting it together. So the show is her vision (I am back-up helping with the organizational/technical ends). It's called "Buddy's Den". ~shared Peter.

"Buddy is a hunter. A cute adorable one. But Buddy doesn't prize the ordinary wild animal, he seeks to collect the eccentric-- fantastic, strange, and unique creatures and odds and ends from the likes no one has ever seen before. Enter Buddy's Den, a group show exhibiting fantasy taxidermy from select New York-based artists. So the show is too try to get that feel of a hunter's trophy den but filled with fantastic creatures and such." ~mentioned Peter.
