Admittedly, I have a fascination with Hello, Kitty - a mouthless kitty designed character, so innocuous in it's existence, and yet travels around the globe, over and over again, without ever the need to speak! And now, the Kitty is a subject of a new hardcover book from Sanrio.

Featuring "one-of-a-kind artistic interpretations" from a huge variety of artists - included in this slideshow preview are works from KaNO, Gary Baseman, POSE, Obey Giant, Camille D'Errico and 64Colors - the book "Hello Kitty Book: Hello Art!" can be had for US$35 (includes one sheet of temporary tattoos) and US$21.50 on Amazon.
There was even a one-day only launch at KNOWN Gallery in L.A. (circa October 14), images of which you can view via Hypebeast (Photography by Brandon Shigeta), and hellokittyjunkie.com.
