PPKing x Rockin'Jelly Bean?

Spotted on the PPKing Facebook was this (1/6th-scaled?) painted headsculpt featuring the green skinned beauty illustrated by Rockin'Jelly Bean as seen on the cover of FARPLANE NIGHT vol.8 (which in turn was a depiction of an actual "live" model who won a contest from sponsors Trans pop style shop & bar "FARPLANE").

Is it a production piece? Like "Invisible Woman" was (from Mamegyorai)? … Or a one-off-custom? Or is this all just a happy toy-coincidence? (Cheers to Desmond Hinkson for the identification!) Regardless, it would indeed be an excellent sight to be had, IMHO! (*Lazer-nipples inclusive*)
