Maihiro & Redefine Gallery presents Mr. Smiling: by Susan Lee (May 16 launch)

PRESS: 'Mai Hiro's first gallery event of 2013 features the fantastic work of a new member from its growing team. Highlighting the works of Susan Lee, this event will take place at Redefine Art Gallery in Orlando, Florida on Thursday, May 16, 2013.

The artist’s vision for this exhibition focuses on her character, Mr. Smiling, and his expansive world, which can be explored within the fine watercolor, sketch, and digital print illustrations and a large wall-mounted installation piece. Her limited edition, 9x12 Eiffel Tower prints, along with an event keychain produced by Urban Forest Jewelry will be available to guests during the exhibition opening. As always, members of the Mai Hiro team will be in attendance to talk about the latest developments for the Mai Hiro studio beyond their designer toys. Together, we can make the room bright with all of the cheerful grins brought on by Susan Lee, Mai Hiro, and certainly Mr. Smiling.'

Opening Reception is on Thursday, May 16, 2013 (from 6pm-10pm) at the Redefine Gallery (at the City Arts Factory - 29 South Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801)
