"Betelgeuse! Betelgeuse! Betelgeuse!" - BEETLEJUICE-themed custom blind box series from Clutter for #NYCC (#NYCCwatch)
And while I've previously featured the announcement of the BEETLEJUICE-themed Custom Blind Box Series - titled; "Betelgeuse! Betelgeuse! Betelgeuse!" - from Clutter for New York Comic Con, this post today takes a closer look at the daily reveals of designs from a variety of artists so far! (Subsequent reveals might be posted directly unto THIS dedicated Facebook album).
Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the classic Tim Burton film Beetlejuice (and one of my absolute FAVOURITE films from Burton!), the designs revealed so far include pieces from:
- "Beetlejuice" by Gabriel Carpio
- "Adam Maitland w/ Grotesque Face" from Murkasec
- "The Receptionist" by Luihz Unreal
- "Harry the Hunter" by burunDANGA
- "Harry the Hunter" by Igor Ventura
- "Witchdoctor" by Task One.
Other artists involved in this series include; Charles Rodriguez, Chauskoskis, Gerard MDS, MAp-MAp, Mr. Mitote, and Sergio Mancini. With a stated ratio of 1/18 for these pieces, they are each hand-painted upon the Dunny and Micro Munny platform.
Available at Clutter Magazine's NYCC Booth #504, this custom series will be released on Friday, October 11th at 11AM for $125 per blind box.
