Updates from Peter Kato: New Toys, #NYCC & Webshop Re-Opening

Our good friend Peter Kato is BACK! and along with him comes oddness of new figurines, btw to debut at the coming weekend's New York Comic Con, and as well available via his online shop at peterkatoshop.com! Do note that these are ALL NEW, original sculpts (from scratch) with a combo both 3D programming & traditional sculpting then molded, resin casted and painted highlights by Peter himself. Here's a run thru of what he has got up his sleeves:

MOGU TANK (or "MOLE TANK") = The figure is casted with three separate pieces. The Nose-Drill is glued into the Body then those pieces just rest on the tread. There will be many color-combinations to come.

The Toy Tokyo exclusive in colors featuring Body Light Flesh, Drill Nose Baby Pink & Tank Tread Baby Purple. With Hot Pink painted highlights. These will be available only at the Toy Tokyo booth at NYCC, priced at US$30 and are limited to 12 pieces. They will come in it's own box.
"He's a big Mole Kaiju from the earth's core caverns rescued, recruited into Earth Defense Army. He had been refitted with a cybernetic drill nose & is carried by a tank tread radio controlled by the soldiers.

He doesn't drive. Actually all he mostly does is eat & sleep. The Army have a hard time putting him into action because they're never sure if he'll be awake to perform the task needed at those crucial moments. Nevertheless he is a strong, powerful ally against the invading Space Army (first shown with Tako-Cubes & Ninja-Robo)."

The next figures - named ARMY JACKS - will be only available through Peter's shop-site & at the Onell Design booth (set up on Saturday 4pm-7pm) & Sunday 1pm-5pm. The micro figure are casted in green and are fitted with a standing base. Each is sized at a slim 1 inch & will be $5 each.
"Showing support for our Mole-Tank are the Army Jacks. They are armed with the task of escorting Mogu Tank via remote control to the target locations. They are each armed with a flame thrower to protect themselves from any alien invaders during this task."

Next up for shop-site & Onell booth - featuring The TAKO TERRIANS! 20pcs of which will be divided for both online and at NYCC, with these 1" figures priced at US$10 each. "They are back, these are basically the Tako-Cubes out of their Cube-Suits. They are casted in pink resin with a silver highlight painted around it's control collar. Oh and eyes are painted in also."

Check out this "standard" color variation of the Mogu-Tank - in a bright pink resin cast with hot pink painted highlights with a grey Drill-Nose on a toy army green Tank-Tread. 20pcs will be divided online & NYCC. But since these won't be available until saturday at the convention, the online customers will have a first stab at getting them.
